Calling workflow
FiveCRM offers progressive and preview dialing, and automatic dialing with a delay you can set per database area or lead status. Calls go through its own VoIP service or integrations such as CloudCall, RingCentral or ConnexOne, and FiveCRM says it can be used with a predictive dialer. Myphoner has a power dialer and a shared lead queue: callers always get the next lead, outcomes and call-backs are logged on the lead, and you can call through Myphoner Voice, Twilio or a softphone.
FiveCRM
Choose FiveCRM if your calling runs through a telephony system you already use.
Myphoner
Choose Myphoner if you want calling with published per-minute rates, working on day one.
This was exactly what I was looking for. All of the other lead management tools are bloated with features. Myphoner looks so much better and took about 5 minutes to learn and start using.

The example below sets the same team on both products. FiveCRM sells seats from three upwards and doesn’t publish its call rates, so its calls aren’t included. Myphoner shows the seats and its own calls separately, the way your invoice does.

Teams of 3 and 10 paid seats calling the United Kingdom, using Myphoner’s typical UK calling figures. FiveCRM doesn’t publish its call rates, so its call charges aren’t included. Prices exclude taxes, phone numbers and add-ons.
FiveCRM
Choose FiveCRM if a larger team benefits from its volume pricing and needs deep customization.
Myphoner
Choose Myphoner if you want a lower seat price and, with Myphoner Voice, published call rates on the same bill as your seats.
Licenses and contract
FiveCRM’s Starter plan needs at least three seats, and its larger plans start at 11, 26 and 50 seats; contract terms are set in an order document with sales, and unless you give 60 days’ notice, the contract renews automatically for at least another year at a price 10% higher. Myphoner has no minimum: start with one seat, pay monthly or annually, and when you remove a seat the rest of the billing period is credited to your account. Teams of 15 seats or more can ask support about volume discounts.
FiveCRM
Choose FiveCRM if you agree terms with sales for a set team size.
Myphoner
Choose Myphoner if you want to start small and change seats as you go.
Support and onboarding
FiveCRM offers support by email, chat and UK and US phone lines, with priority support on larger plans and guided live demos. Myphoner’s AI support assistant is available around the clock, with the technical team online during European business hours. You can explore the product yourself with a 14-day free trial.
FiveCRM
Choose FiveCRM if you want phone support and a guided demonstration.
Myphoner
Choose Myphoner if you want to try the full product free for 14 days, with answers at any hour while you do.
Team and agency features
FiveCRM can run separate environments for clients or business units (25 on Starter, up to 999 on Enterprise) and offers a white-label domain on its larger plans, so agencies can work with it too. Myphoner Premium has client subaccounts and custom branding, with a white-label option as an add-on; time tracking comes with Plus and live monitoring and training with Premium.
FiveCRM
Choose FiveCRM if every client needs its own customized environment.
Myphoner
Choose Myphoner if you want ready-made client separation with less setup.
Easy to use and simple but it still manages to offer an advanced toolkit for lead management. No need for heavy and overpriced lead management software anymore :)

Where Myphoner is the better choice
- You want calling with published per-minute rates, ready on day one with Myphoner Voice, or prefer to keep your own provider through Twilio or a click-to-call softphone.
- You’re starting with one or two callers. FiveCRM’s plans start at three seats.
- You want to try the full product yourself first: Myphoner has a 14-day free trial, and FiveCRM publishes no trial.
- You want client separation ready to use, with subaccounts on Premium, instead of building an environment per client.
Where FiveCRM is the better choice
- You want the CRM shaped around your process, with custom fields, workflows, pipelines and separate databases.
- You already use CloudCall, RingCentral or ConnexOne, or want to run FiveCRM with a predictive dialer.
- You call UK numbers and want TPS and CTPS screening from the same vendor: FiveCRM offers CTPS scanning as a separate product and connects to TPS Online.
- You run a team of 50 or more and want volume-based seat prices with priority support.
Switching from FiveCRM
Export your data from FiveCRM as CSV files and import them into Myphoner lists. Myphoner flags possible duplicates during import so you can review them before calling. You can keep your telephony provider if it works with a click-to-call softphone or Twilio, or switch to Myphoner Voice. Call recording and voicemail drop need Myphoner Voice. With a click-to-call softphone, call statistics are less detailed, and incoming calls aren’t matched to the lead automatically, so the caller looks the lead up when they answer. Start on the 14-day free trial, and if you’re moving a team of 15 seats or more, ask support about volume discounts.
Frequently asked questions
- Does Myphoner have its own calling?
- Yes. Myphoner Voice lets you call more than 200 countries and bills calls by the minute. You can also use Twilio or a click-to-call softphone, but call recording and voicemail drop need Myphoner Voice. FiveCRM offers its own VoIP service as well as telephony partners, but doesn’t publish its call rates.
- Can I customize Myphoner as much as FiveCRM?
- Not in the same way. FiveCRM lets you build the CRM itself, with an app builder and separate environments. Myphoner gives you a ready-made calling workflow that you can shape in detail: set up each list with your own fields, field types and field order, segment leads on any data you have and assign segments to callers, and adjust outcomes, retry rules and many other settings as your process develops. If you need a CRM built around a complex process beyond calling, FiveCRM is the better fit.
- Can agencies use Myphoner for several clients?
- Yes. Myphoner Premium has client subaccounts that keep each client’s leads and results apart, and a white-label option is available as an add-on.
- Is there a contract or a minimum number of seats?
- Not with Myphoner: you can start with one seat and pay monthly or annually. Teams of 15 seats or more can ask support about volume discounts.
- How do I estimate my monthly cost?
- Use the cost calculator on the pricing page: choose your plan, seats and the countries you call, and it shows the subscription and the expected call cost in one monthly total.
Sources and method
We build Myphoner, so we compare from our side. Everything we say about FiveCRM comes from its own pricing, product, integration, support and blog pages, checked on the date shown at the top, with links below. FiveCRM publishes prices per seat per month in pounds and US dollars without stating the billing term, so we treat them as monthly. Where you see another currency, we converted at the European Central Bank’s rate of the day, so those amounts are approximate. Cost examples use Myphoner’s typical calling figures for the country shown and exclude taxes, phone numbers and add-ons unless stated.
