Voip Providers

Voice over IP service providers are the guys who give you a phone number and charge you when calling other phones.
Make sure the provider you choose can call phones in the countries you are going to call.

In addition to our own voice offering, we allow you to use your own provider, if that's what you prefer. This is unique to our platform, and it reflects our goal to empower our customers to built the solution they need, without having to compromise with their other favourite tools and services.

Dialers

Dialers are software telephones (softphones) that runs inside your browser, that you can install on your computer, or on your smartphone and tablet. A dialer need to be connected to a service provider (voip or regular telephone subscription) before it can call regular telephone numbers.

In addition to our built-in offerings, Myphoner let you "bring your own" if that's what you prefer. This is unique to our platform, and it reflects our goal to empower our customers to build the solution they need.

Myphoner Voice

Our Voice offering is included in all plans. We provide voice over IP globally to competitive rates, with call recordings and a nice player for listening to the recordings right from within Myphoner.

It's easy to get started, and we do not lock you down on the voice product. Your agents can still use other softphones and/or providers if you let them. This will allow you to seamlessly switch back and forth to try different solutions and find the one that suit you the best.

Built-in dialer

Our built-in dialer works with Myphoner Voice (obviously), but it also integrates with Twilio.

We don't charge for the telephony when using the dialer with external providers, but you'll have to pay their rates to them in addition to the Myphoner subscription.

Myphoner Mobile

Install our app for Android and iOS and use your mobile subscription for Myphoner calls by sending them automatically to your smartphone.
