During the late summer we have been working hard to improve our billing system to be more fair, improved the engine behind our duplicate detection, as well as a few improvements to the interface and user experience.
Fair billing when adding and removing users
Improvements to the billing system means that we now charge and invoice for the remainder of the current susbscription period when adding new users, as well as credit your account balance for users removed within a subscription period. Your account balance can be used to pay your subscription or other additional users. When we use your balance to pay, it will say so on your invoice.
New user dashboard
We improved the user dashboard and added a quick access to start calling, as well as overview over your favourite lists, stats for the day, claims and most recent calls.
New compact view for lists of leads
We added a compact view mode when viewing your queue or all leads in a list, as well as your call log and scheduled leads. The compact mode is enabled by hitting the small button to the top right of your list and myphoner will remember your choice for all the places where you view a list of leads.
Updates to the duplicate detection engine
We improved the underlying engine of our duplicate detection to be faster and more reliable. We had some issues with the old engine where duplicates were sometimes missed, and detection of large lists could take too long and block resources for other processed. With the new engine we believe we have a much better foundation for working with duplicates as we have also prepared it for future work on automated duplicate handling.
